Bulk carriers

Description

These types of vessels mainly carry bulk cargoes (coal, iron ore, grain, minerals, etc.) They are not able to load containers as bulk carriers are single-deckers.

There are several different types of bulk carriers and the main distinction between the two is the size. A two-word phrase is commonly used to determine vessels by size. The first word means it belongs to a geographic object and the second term determines the size.
